Refunds are handled according to the Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

This refund policy applies to Hairhue and its published services.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for services that have not been rendered. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days.

Refunds do not apply to products purchased or services that have already been completed.

Once a refund request is approved, processing may take up to 14 business days to complete.

If you wish to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
